• Pre-Wedding planning/consultation.
• Greeting the bridal party on arrival at venue.
• Greet the main members of the wedding party
• Arrange the receiving line and announce guests to be received
• Announce the Bride & Groom to the top table. – The Grand Entrance.
• Announce or say Grace. (optional)
• Introduce the speeches and toasts.
• Assisting with presentations.
• Announce the ceremonial cutting of the cake.
• Make any announcements required, eg. cameras on tables, circulation of guest book, smoking restrictions, etc.
• Co-ordinate activities of, caterers, photographer, videographer, entertainment.
• Background music during your meal (optional extra)
• Use of microphone for speeches. (optional extra)
